Organization Support, Facilitation & Training

I work with organizations at the crossroads of culture, structure, and relationships—where things tend to get tangled and where, especially lately, we lose track of our shared goals and of our belief in each other.

This experience is painful, disempowering, and lonely. It is also where the community’s greatest capacity lives. If your group is facing something complex, tender, or unclear, I’d love to support a process of reconnection—building capacity to hold differences and mistakes so your community can move through disconnection and develop resilience toward reconnection and adaptability.
Rooted in Nature’s Ability to Adapt

My work is grounded in the synergy of Nature—balanced ecosystems like wetlands and bogs—and in the wisdom of queer, Black and Brown ancestors and elders. I draw from dreamers and community builders such as Audre Lorde, Robin Wall Kimmerer and adrienne maree brown, who root transformative justice and emergent strategy in the teachings of the natural world. These approaches remind us that everything is connected, adaptive, and in constant relationship. I support organizations with frameworks that help respond to harm, hold complexity, and build trust over time.

From Fracture to Reconnection

We’re living through an age of deep disconnection—fractured relationships, eroded trust, broken systems—all moving at the speed of floodwaters. The conflicts we see in organizations aren’t just about opinions; they’re about whether we can remember how to be in right relationship with each other, our shared purpose, and the future we want to build.

I work with organizations who know current systems aren’t working and are ready to practice something more transparent, relational, and sustainable. Together, we move beyond binaries and toward shared meaning, accountability, and care.
How I Work: Building Capacity for Real-World Change

I support organizations through processes that are relational, embodied, and built to meet the complexity of real life. That might look like one-on-one sessions, small group facilitation, retreats, conflict transformation processes, culture-shaping strategy, or long-term accompaniment during transition.

My approach is relational, embodied, and relieving—drawing from trauma-informed practices, nature-based systems, and liberatory frameworks. I prioritize clarity, emotional integrity, and the skills we need to move through rupture, deepen accountability, and build something that can truly hold us.
