Relational Therapy & Ethical Non-Monogamy

Navigating Love Beyond Traditional Boundaries

Relationships—like ecosystems—are living, evolving, and shaped by the conditions we create together. Ethical non-monogamy invites us to lean into this complexity with care, clarity, and respect for the multiple truths that coexist in our connections.

For individuals and partners, non-monogamy is more than having multiple relationships—it’s about building the capacity to stay present through discomfort, communicate honestly, and hold space for autonomy alongside accountability. It asks us to unlearn scarcity, move beyond rigid binaries, and tend to our needs alongside the needs of others.

Because our relationships are always embedded in broader networks of connection, power dynamics and unspoken tensions can surface in subtle ways. Navigating these challenges calls for grounded practices that hold difference, metabolize harm, and cultivate trust—even when things feel fragile.

Drawing from trauma-informed, somatic, and systems-based approaches, I support those on this path to explore jealousy, grief, desire, and trust—not as problems to fix, but as invitations into deeper relational integrity. This work is slow, courageous, and imperfect, focused on feeling alive rather than perfect.
